Message	i found a handicap permit a while back which i used a few times...i used it at a mall and a cop came by and ran the driver's license number on it (which obviously wasnt mine)....turns out it belonged to a lady who is now deceased and the cop left me a $262 ticket on my car... i got what i deserved, and have never used it since...i've walked my lazy ass from the back of the lot from then on... but i could actually get one for a health problem i have (something that may not be obvious), but i havent...and i'm sure there a lot of people who have them and you just cant tell they have an injury or health problem
